Конспект урока английского языка по теме "Проблемы подростков. Развитие навыков монологической речи учащихся."

Тема:  «Проблемы подростков. Развитие навыков монологической речи».

Цель урока: Развивать навыки монологической речи по теме «Проблемы подростков».

Образовательные задачи:

  1. Активизировать изученную лексику по теме «Проблемы подростков».

  2. Развивать навыки чтения, говорения, активизировать использование грамматических структур.

  3. Закрепить грамматические навыки (be/feel, look+ adverb/adjective).

    Воспитательные задачи:

  4. Способствовать формированию нравственных ценностей на основе критического осмысления проблем.

  5. Повышать мотивацию к изучению и развитию коммуникативных умений и навыков анализа, сравнения, выделение главного, навыков индивидуальной и групповой работы.

    Оборудование: проектор, экран, презентация, карточки, учебник «Enjoy English»

    Тип урока: комбинированный.

    Ход урока:

    I. Организационный момент

    1) приветствие

    - Good afternoon boys and girls. I am glad to see you.

    - How are you?

    - How are you getting on?

    - How is your life?

    2) беседа с дежурным

    - Who is on duty today?

    - What date is it today?

    - What day of the week is it today?

    - Who is absent today?

    3) сообщение темы и цели урока

       When a person is young he goes through all the problems more vividly. For teenagers nearly everything becomes a tragedy. Love, friendship, conflicts, misunderstanding between them and parents are all the things that go hand in hand with youth. Let’s think over and talk about the most important teenage problems (слайд 1).

    II. Фонетическая зарядка

  1. Now look at the screen (слайд 2). Let’s read the poem by Berta R. Hudelson.

    - Alina, will you read the poem?

    If many men knew

    What many men know,

    If many men went

    Where many men go,

    If many men did

    What many men do,

    The world would be better-

    I think so; do you?

    - Good for you, thank you.

    - Who will translate?

    - Rasim, will you translate the poem?

    - Excellent, thank you.

    - This poem is connected with our today’s theme “Teenage problems”. What do you think this poem is about? (I think if we are friendlier, we’ll live better and we’ll have less problems.)

    -That’s right, thank you.

  2. Чтение слов, составление словосочетаний

    Now, its time to read the words. Repeat after me, please. Alsu, read the words. Make up the word combinations using these words.

    Примерные словосочетания: to look troubled, a long argument, to stay out of trouble, to looked depressed, to feel unlucky, to feel lonely, to argue about pocket money, to feel happy (слайд 4).

  • 1. Do you think that there are a lot of problems among teenagers?

  • 2. Do you have any problems at school?

    4. Do you have any problems with friends?

    5. Would you like to talk about your problems?

    6. Do you have any teenagers who have really serious problems and need some help?

    IV. Активизация материала по теме «Проблемы подростков».

  • You know that teenagers have a lot of different problems, let’s discus some of them.From my point of view the problem number one is communication with the person of the same age.Gulnaz, do you agree with me? Will you read about this problem and then translate? (слайд 6)

  • The problem number one is communication with each other. At our age it’s so important to choose a true friend who can listen to you, support in any situation, and advise something useful.

  • Are these girls friends? What do you think? (слайд 6)

Do you have friends with whom you can share your problems?

Another problem is relations with parents.

Radis, do you get on well with your parents?

  • Now read about this problem. (слайд 7)

            The problem number two is the problem with parents. Some teenagers can’t find    

          the common language with their parents. Teenagers want their parents to listen to   

          their opinion, and allow to solve problems by themselves.

  • Look at this picture. Do you think that there are problems in relations of this family?(слайд 8)

Do you have any problems with your parents?

One of the most difficult problems is drug addiction. (слайд 9)

Razina, read about this problem.

I  think that the most difficult and serious problem of modern teenagers is drug    

  addiction. Today millions of young people use drugs, and most of them die.

What do you think why teenagers addict to drugs?

The following problem is childish criminality (слайд 10).  Do you always have your pocket money?

Let’s read about this problem.

    As a rule, young people usually need more  pocket  money.  That‘s  why  some of

   them steal. Then they sale stolen things and get some money.

Now, look at this girl. Whatdo you think what problems this girl could have? (слайд 11)

Some  teenagers  have  problems  at  school. Teachers and parents aren’t happy 

    with their marks at school. So teenagers get angry about it.

So, pupils, we have got acquainted with some of teenage problems.

About other problems of teenagers we will know from the ex.12 p.64.Open your books.

You can see the list of teenage problems. Your task is to number them in order of importance.

What do you think what problem is the most important one? What problem is number one? What problem is number two? What problem is the least important? (слайд 12).  

V.Развитие навыков монологической речи. Организация работы в группах.

Divide into groups of three, please. You will choose the most important problem and share your ideas.

Pay attention to the plan of your discussion (слайд 13).  

  1. Name the problem.

  2. Say why it is the most important problem.

  3. Say who can help you.

  4. Name the personal characteristic you need to solve the problem.

    In your stories you may use the word combinations from the ex.13 on page 64. You can also see them on the screen  (слайд 14).

VII.Закрепление грамматических навыков (be/feel/look+adverb/adjective).

Let’s revise our grammar (слайд 15). At our last lesson we learnt to use the words be, feel, look to describe our feelings. На прошлом уроке мы с вами научились использовать слова быть, чувствовать и выглядеть для описания чувств.

Now look at the screen. You can see the word combinations. I’ll give you cards. And your task is to translate these word combinations. Don’t forget to write down your surname. Three minutes at your disposal.

- Open your workbooks at page 46 and find ex.4.

-Alina, read the task.

-Look at the  example, please (слайды 16, 17).

Example:

1. Jim was given a puppy for his birthday. - He was glad.

- You should use the words from the box  in the sentences. Let’s read them.

- Nurmukhammet, read the words, please.

- Now let’s read the second sentence. How did John feel in this situation? What do you think?

-That’s right. He was shocked.

VIII.  Подведение итогов урока.

-Our lesson is coming up to the end. What new information have you learnt today? I’m sure that our lesson was interesting and useful for you. Thank you for your work.

-Open your diaries and write down your homework (слайд 18).
